About Order
Please use our order form.
We will send a quotation with URL for credit card payment by return email, and after your payment is completed, we will ship the parcel.
If you want to pay by Bank remittance, please check Payment section below. Once we have received your payment, we will dispatch your order.
Lead Time
After your payment is completed, we will ship the product.
If the product is currently out of stock, we will notify you of the estimated restock date. Please note that the date could be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. If you require the book by a specific date, please let us know in advance.
Shipping
Shipping costs are not included in product prices. We usually use EMS (International express postal service) or other courier services (UPS etc.) because of their traceability and insurance. Please be careful that EMS or the courier services do not deliver to Post Office Box, but only to your home or office.
For light or small volume shipments, we can ship by normal airmail (Small packet, Printed matter) or sea mail. However all these ways are not traceable and not insured so we cannot guarantee 100% safety arrival. Please consider the risk belongs to your side (we cannot send the same book twice). We can ship your item by registered mail or with insurance at extra charge in case of loss. Please ask for details.

If you agree to our quotation, please decide how you would like to pay. We recommend paying by credit card as it is the easiest method, but also accept other ways as follows.
